Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall day-to-day store operations
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor sales, stock, inventory and product displays
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and presentation
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store

Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred
- Experience in toy, kids’ products or similar retail will be an advantage
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Leadership and team-management ability
- Smart, presentable and target-oriented
- Should be willing to take ownership of store operations
