Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Process journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
- Verify purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Ensure timely bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ageing analysis.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

- Maintain inventory accounting and stock records.
- Verify raw material consumption and finished goods accounting.
- Coordinate with Stores and Production departments for stock reconciliation.
- Assist in product costing and cost analysis.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- Ensure accurate TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Support tax assessments and departmental audits.





Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist management with budgeting and forecasting data.
- Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate reports related to inventory, sales, and profitability.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Prepare schedules and documents required for audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Banking & Treasury Support

- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Process online banking transactions and fund transfers.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
- Manage LC, BG, and other banking documentation if applicable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
