Recruitment Manager – Overseas Blue Collar Hiring (GCC / UAE)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,25,000/month + Attractive Commission + Incentives + Travel & Other Allowances

Algebra HR Company is a manpower recruitment and supply company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with its Indian offices. We supply skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workforce to leading companies across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for an experienced, well-connected Recruitment Manager who can build and manage a strong sourcing network across West Bengal, Assam, Odisha, North East(Mainly) and Could consider as well for Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Gujarat and nearby states to deliver large volumes of blue-collar workers for our GCC clients.

This role is ideal for you if you already have a ready network of sub-agents, agencies and village-level contacts, and have handled bulk hiring for the Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and mobilise bulk blue-collar candidates (construction, facility management, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, security, cleaning, drivers, helpers, technicians, etc.) for UAE and GCC clients
- Build, activate and manage a network of sub-agents, agencies, training institutes and local contacts across North & East India
- Plan and conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins and trade tests at multiple locations, including client interview camps
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, physical fitness and document readiness
- Coordinate the full pre-deployment process: passport, medical, visa documentation, eMigrate/ECR clearance, PDOT and ticketing,



in coordination with the Dubai team
- Meet monthly deployment targets and ensure low drop-out rates
- Maintain candidate databases, pipeline reports and daily MIS
- Ensure all recruitment is ethical and compliant with the Emigration Act and MEA guidelines; no illegal charges or false promises to candidates
- Develop new sourcing regions and agency partnerships to scale volumes

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment with a large manpower agency (1,000+ deployments/handling capacity)
- Proven track record of GCC hiring, especially UAE
- Solid, active network of agents and agencies across West Bengal, Assam, Odisha, North East(Mainly) UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat
- Hands-on knowledge of eMigrate, ECR/ECNR, medicals, visa processing and deployment timelines
- Experience running mass recruitment drives and client trade-test camps
- Willing to travel extensively (15–20 days a month) across states
- Fluent in Hindi; working English for reporting and client calls (Bengali, Odia, Bhojpuri or Gujarati is a plus)
- Target-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently in the field
- Own two-wheeler/smartphone/laptop preferred
