Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Accurately record financial data in accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audit activities.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA Finance is preferred/required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Knowledge of US Accounting and related accounting practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP,



or Oracle is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong commitment to deadlines and quality of work.
