1. ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor / Executive to join our Production department

The ideal candidate will supervise shift production activities, achieve shift production

targets, and lead operators and production shift staff across compounding, extrusion, pelletizing and packaging

processes.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise shift production activities and achieve shift production targets.
- Monitor compounding, extrusion, pelletizing and packaging processes.
- Lead, provide on-the-job training to, and manage operators and production shift staff.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment reliability and downtime reduction.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Mandatory Qualifications

- Graduate with Diploma / Degree in Plastic / Chemical.
- IT Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge along with SAP.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
