Role :Test Automation Architect

Mandatory: Selenium Python Robot Framework

Test Automation Architect with min 15 years of experience in Test Automation

Design and build automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium Python and Robot Framework

Strong handson expertise across UI API and Mobile automation with the ability to work independently and provide endtoend solutions

Experience in CICD integration

Should demonstrate a strong ownership mindset proactively resolving automation CICD environment and integration issueswithout rolebound limitations

Should have ability to integrate AI solutions into the automation framework leveraging AI for intelligent test prioritization failure analysis optimization and faster problem resolution

Must be focused on continuous improvement innovation

Should be capable of driving Test maturity conduct assessments and POCs for betterment of existing test process

Should be capable of working independently
