Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PEB Project Execution Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with 5+ years of experience in PEB and structural steel project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, structural erection, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, resource planning and project progress to ensure timely and efficient completion of PEB projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end site execution of PEB and structural steel projects.
- Plan and supervise PEB erection activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with erection contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Supervise erection of columns, rafters, beams, purlins, girts, bracings, roofing, wall systems and other PEB components.
- Review GA, fabrication and erection drawings before and during execution.
- Ensure proper alignment, levels, dimensions, bolting, welding and installation of structural members.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, cranes, equipment, tools and other erection resources.
- Coordinate material receipt, unloading, storage and movement at site.
- Monitor fabrication and dispatch schedules in coordination with factory and project teams.
- Identify site constraints, technical issues and drawing discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing and closure of quality issues.
- Ensure implementation of project quality procedures during fabrication and erection.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and track key project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients,



consultants and project management teams during execution.
- Manage site-level technical queries, RFIs and execution clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and coordinate with HSE teams.
- Monitor project deviations, delays and execution risks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection records, measurements and project reports.
- Support punch-list completion, project closure and final handover activities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PEB site execution and structural steel erection.
- Good knowledge of PEB components, erection methodologies and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret GA, fabrication and erection drawings.
- Robust knowledge of structural steel erection, bolting, welding and alignment.
- Experience managing erection contractors and site manpower.
- Good understanding of project planning, progress tracking and resource management.
- Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Strong communication, reporting and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in PEB / structural steel project execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience with PEB manufacturers, EPC companies, industrial construction companies or structural steel contractors preferred.
- Hands-on experience in PEB erection and site management will be an advantage.
- Strong project execution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
