Job Title/Designation: Senior Admission Counsellor

Your specific job duties include:

1. Regular follow up on leads assigned to take admissions and monitoring the Counsellors.

2. Managing telephonic and walk in enquiries of students/parents using official phone and front office at the institute.

3. Understanding the student requirements and suggesting them the right courses and packages.

4. Well informed and properly updated about the courses, colleges, examinations, and allotments.

5. Support the Marketing department as and when required in outdoor marketing activities.

6. Prepare reports, maintain data in various formats as requested by the Company, like MS Excel, CRM etc.

7. Respond to queries from students/parents and give timely support when requested.

8. Attend admission enquiry calls and convert them to admissions.

9. Inform about webinars, workshops, courses and other marketing or admissions related activities as and when required.

11. Update customers about upcoming exams/allotment dates.

Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the reporting authority.

13. Take an active role in processing student enquiry from initial enquiry to branch visit and/or at relevant stages and convert to admissions.

14. To handle the office mobile provided to you.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written language skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand courses and entrance examination processes.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/data management.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented approach, and strong follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in the education/entrance coaching industry will be an added advantage. Attractive performance-based incentives
