Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for automobile service centres and vehicle showrooms.
- Source candidates for roles such as:
- Technician
- Service Advisor
- Sales Executive
- Bodyshop Advisor
- CRE
- Workshop & Showroom Staff
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Work independently and manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Candidate Requirements
- Automobile industry recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in vehicle service centres, workshops or automobile showrooms hiring is preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile job roles.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-based environment.
Experience
1–3 years in Automobile Recruitment / HR Recruitment preferred.
Compensation100% Incentive & Target-Based
- No fixed salary.
- Earnings are based on successful recruitment/joining and achievement of targets.
- Higher performance = Higher incentives.
- Incentive structure will be explained during the interview.
