Equipment Setup: Assemble, prime, and test dialysis machines, dialyzers, and blood lines using sterile protocols.
Patient Monitoring: Check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and weight before, during, and after the procedure.
Treatment Execution: Connect and disconnect patients from the dialysis equipment following medical orders and adjust fluid removal rates.
Infection Control: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment, surfaces, and water treatment (RO) systems, adhering to biomedical waste rules.
Patient Support: Explain procedures, calm patient anxieties, and respond swiftly to any medical emergencies or equipment malfunctions.
Documentation: Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and session notes in patient files or electronic health records.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
