Job Summary

We are looking for a Shift In-Charge – Production to manage day-to-day shop-floor activities and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the shift production plan and monitor production targets.
- Coordinate manpower and machine utilization during the shift.
- Monitor production output, downtime, rejection, and production losses.
- Identify production, quality, material, and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, 5S, and shop-floor discipline.
- Maintain shift production reports, downtime records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.




- Escalate major production and quality issues to the Production Head.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of production losses.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of machines and shop-floor operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of 5S, SOP, safety, and basic quality practices.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge and good shop-floor understanding will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Islampur / Sangli and nearby areas will be preferred.
