About the Role

A D Infra is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specialising in real estate sales recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented sales professionals to build a strong, target-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders for the real estate industry.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applicants based on their sales experience, communication skills, and ability to achieve targets.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified real estate sales candidates.
- Develop and maintain a database of experienced sales professionals.
- Work closely with the sales management team to understand hiring requirements and improve recruitment quality.
- Track recruitment performance, joining rates, and hiring targets.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably real estate sales recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and other target-oriented sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales hiring requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify candidates who can perform in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and building sales teams is an advantage.

Important: This is a specialised real estate sales recruitment role. Candidates with only IT recruitment experience and no relevant sales recruitment experience are not suitable.
