For Dark Store
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Salary Range - 30k to 40k

Responsibilities:

l ·Experience 4-6 Years

l ·To Lead and manage the entire functioning of the kitchen

l ·Able to manage group of people, Training and developing the people in the kitchen to the next level using the right tools, delivery boys, florist , dispatchers

l ·Achieving Kitchen Top Line & Bottom Line, responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the center.

l ·Creating a outstanding customer pool and maintaining with the high retention and ratings in own and aggregator platforms

l ·Responsible for managing the assets of the center.

l ·Managing P&L;, Controlling the expenses within the budget and delivering profitability

l ·Maintaining the inventory at the kitchen level without any discrepancies. Center manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the center to avoid being “out of stock”.

l ·Ensuring the compliance of team health and safety (Audits). The security and safety of the center is his responsibility.

l ·Managing the marketing promotion at kitchen level to ensure better customer ratings





l ·Handling customer complaints and giving the right solution on TAT.

l ·Managing agreed SLA’s with vendors, delivery partners and customers

l ·Managing the internal process & new launch audits to show the best operation excellence.

l ·Maintain license of the kitchen to handle the external audits (Gov.)

l ·Maintaining and tracking the employee attendance at the kitchen

l ·Plan & complete the kitchen level Training

l ·Good Communication skills & able to respond on mail

Skills and Qualification:

·IHM/Graduate / Post Graduate

·Good command on written/communicative English/Hindi or regional language

l·Comfortable in working on computer/laptop and printer

·Comfortable in MS Word / MS Excel

l ·Good negotiation skills

·A Good co-worker who gels with the team
