Key Responsibilities:
- Business Contract Drafting: Draft, review and negotiate founder, employment, vendor, service and other commercial agreements.
- Intellectual Property Matters: Handle trademark filings, examination replies and related IP matters.
- Legal Advisory: Advise clients on contractual risks, IP protection and business legal requirements.
- Client Management: Conduct client consultations and provide transparent legal guidance.
- Legal Research & Delivery: Research relevant laws and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
