Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a robust Full Stack Development background to manage software projects and development teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Frontend, Backend, Database, API, Deployment and AI/ML technologies, along with strong team and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development Management
Lead and manage end-to-end Full Stack development across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and application architecture. Ensure technical development is aligned with project requirements and timelines.

2. Project & Team Management
Manage development teams, assign tasks, track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with developers, QA, designers and other technical resources.

3. AI/ML Project Coordination
Understand and coordinate projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, Machine Learning models and AI-powered applications. Work with AI/ML engineers to understand requirements, integrations, model deployment and project timelines.

4. Technical Planning & Coordination
Convert business requirements into technical tasks, modules and development plans. Coordinate with development and AI/ML teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain development quality.

5. Programming & Technology Expertise
Work with technologies such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, PHP, SQL, React.js, Node.js and other Full Stack technologies. Understand Python-based AI/ML development and guide teams based on project requirements.

6. API,



Database & AI Integration
Oversee REST APIs, third-party API integrations, databases and AI/ML integrations. Ensure proper data flow between applications, APIs, databases and AI/ML components.

7. Deployment & Production Management
Coordinate application, AI/ML model and API deployment across development, staging and production environments. Work with development/DevOps teams for smooth releases and production support.

8. Technical Issue & Risk Management
Identify technical issues, project dependencies and potential delays at an early stage. Coordinate with Full Stack and AI/ML teams to troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.

9. Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Coordinate with clients, management and technical teams regarding requirements, project progress and delivery timelines. Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, quality and deadlines.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong Full Stack Development experience covering Frontend, Backend, Database, APIs, Deployment.
- Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, PHP and SQL.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
- Backend: Node.js, Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot or similar.
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- REST APIs, JSON, API Integration, Git/GitHub.
- AI/ML: Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, basic Machine Learning concepts and model development/deployment.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering and AI application integration is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD and Linux/server deployment.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or ClickUp.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
