Position: Overseas Coordinator – Fresher
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – International Business preferred
Salary: Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000 Per Month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year In Overseas Coordinator

Job Description:

- Coordinate with overseas customers and clients.
- Handle export/import documentation and shipment follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, packing lists and related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA and shipping agents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Handle email communication with international clients.
- Maintain export records and MIS reports.
- Valuable English communication and email drafting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn international business & export processes.
