Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management. Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback, and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with passive candidates and maintain robust candidate relationships.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking initiatives.




- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update the ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and ATS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Preferred

- Experience in EdTech, IT recruitment, startup, campus hiring, or technical hiring.
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
