About the Role

BotFit is looking for a confident, energetic and people-oriented Event Operations Executive who can help execute memorable birthday parties, corporate events, school outings and private events.

This is a highly hands-on role involving event operations, anchoring, crowd engagement and guest experience. You should enjoy being around people, interacting with children and adults, and creating an energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing events at the BotFit venue.
- Host and anchor events confidently using a microphone.
- Engage children, parents, students and corporate audiences through games and activities.
- Manage crowd movement and ensure smooth event flow.
- Coordinate with the internal team, vendors and event staff.
- Ensure activities, food, games, décor and other event elements happen as planned.
- Handle on-ground guest requirements and resolve basic issues quickly.




- Maintain event schedules and ensure timely transitions between activities.
- Support event setup and closure.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Good spoken English/Hinglish.
- Comfortable with anchoring and microphone handling.
- Energetic, confident and comfortable performing in front of groups.
- Enjoys interacting and playing with children as well as engaging adults.
- Quick thinker with positive crowd-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working on weekends/events.
- Prior anchoring, theatre, hospitality or event experience is a plus.

BotFit is a high-paced startup environment where things can change quickly. We need dynamic multitaskers who can take ownership, adapt to different situations and actively contribute wherever required. Event timings are not fixed and may vary according to event schedules and client requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
