Role Overview

The Student Advisor role is an inside sales position. The counselor will connect with students who have already shown interest in online courses, guide them through the program details, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through inbound leads provided by the company
- Make outbound calls to students who have inquired about online UG/PG courses
- Counsel students on suitable programs
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and admission process
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets
- Interact with students and parents
- Assist with applications and documentation
- Update CRM and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduation in any specialization (mandatory)
- Target-driven inside sales mindset
- Valuable communication in English and Hindi
- CRM knowledge preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills

Job Details

Designation: Student Advisor
Location: A Block Sector 15, Noida
Working Days: 6 days a week
Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
