Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence, content planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for projects, offers, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, and video teams for timely content delivery.
- Manage the community: respond to comments and messages and route enquiries to the sales team.
- Grow followers and engagement, and track reach, engagement, and lead metrics.
- Monitor trends and competitors and recommend new content ideas.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in real estate or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
