Experience & CTC:
• 1.6 – 4 Years | Up to 4.5 LPA
• 4.5 – 6 Years | Up to 6.4 LPA
Role Overview :
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in FACETS and US Healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for supporting healthcare payer processes and operations, with a strong understanding of US healthcare insurance and claims-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US Healthcare payer processes using the FACETS platform.
- Work on healthcare claims and related payer operations.
- Understand and process member eligibility, benefits, provider and claims-related information.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with defined processes and SLAs.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow US Healthcare policies, procedures and business requirements.
- Be flexible to work in US shifts as per business requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with FACETS
- Robust understanding of US Healthcare / Health Insurance
- Knowledge of claims/payer operations
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
