Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Warranty Management and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The candidate should have a good understanding of end-to-end warranty processes, integration with SAP modules, and experience in implementing or supporting warranty solutions in an automotive or manufacturing workplace.

The ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project, preferably involving Warranty Management / Automotive processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in SAP Warranty Management implementation activities on SAP S/4HANA.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Configure and support warranty processes including:
- Warranty registration
- Warranty validation
- Warranty claims
- Claim approval/rejection
- Claim settlement
- Warranty reimbursement
- Parts and labor reimbursement
- Warranty accruals and settlements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand after-sales and warranty processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents and test scenarios.
- Conduct SIT, UAT and regression testing and coordinate defect resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Analyze business requirements and identify gaps between standard SAP functionality and business processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEF developments,



interfaces, enhancements and integrations.
- Work on integration of Warranty processes with relevant SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO and Service/After-Sales.
- Support issue resolution and provide functional guidance during production support.
- Prepare user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong functional experience in SAP Warranty Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Must have worked on at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Good understanding of automotive warranty / after-sales processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM and FI/CO.
- Ability to work independently with business users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2020/2021/2022/2023 or later releases.
- Experience in SAP Fiori and S/4HANA business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Service / Customer Service / After-Sales processes.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as Activate.
- Experience working in global or multi-location implementation projects.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA / Warranty / relevant functional area will be an added advantage.
