Calpro Specialities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram.

Position: Property Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

ITI candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building/property maintenance activities

• Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG sets and other building equipment

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Coordinate with external maintenance/AMC vendors

• Monitor electrical panels, equipment and technical systems

• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints/issues

• Maintain maintenance records and reports





• Ensure proper safety and smooth functioning of the facility

Candidate Profile:

4–8 years of relevant experience in building/property/facility maintenance

Strong hands-on technical knowledge

Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers

Good communication and team-handling skills
