About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Retail & Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and bulk hiring requirements while effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and local hiring channels.
- Manage hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and other retail roles.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive selections.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.




- Partner with Retail Operations and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Manage stakeholder communication, hiring updates, and closure timelines.
- Conduct hiring drives and walk-ins as required.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in retail recruitment / bulk hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and communication skills.
