About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This role involves creating engaging visual content for our entertainment brands across digital, print, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have a robust eye for aesthetics, and be capable of producing high-quality graphics as well as engaging short-form videos that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital creatives. • Create print-ready designs for large-format media, including wall graphics, standees, banners, hoardings, and other branding materials. • Design brochures, flyers, posters, vouchers, game cards, event creatives, and other marketing collateral. • Ensure all print files are properly prepared with the correct resolution, bleed, and CMYK settings. • Maintain consistency across all brand communication and marketing materials.

Video Editing

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form promotional videos. • Create high-energy videos for campaigns, store launches, events, and social media. • Add transitions,



motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, subtitles, and basic visual effects. • Enhance videos through color correction and professional editing techniques. • Deliver platform-optimized content within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (CorelDRAW and DaVinci Resolve are a plus). • Strong understanding of social media design, branding, typography, and layout. • Experience creating both digital and print creatives. • Knowledge of preparing artwork for large-format printing. • Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and current social media trends. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. • A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience working with retail, entertainment, gaming, or lifestyle brands. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing team. • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
