Role Description The Skill Development Partner role at Bajaj Life is an on-site position based in Daltonganj. This role is responsible for identifying skill gaps and designing training interventions for sales teams and insurance consultants to improve performance, customer service, and compliance. The Skill Development Partner will conduct regular classroom and field training sessions, facilitate workshops, and provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams. The role includes collaborating with branch leadership to align capability-building initiatives with business goals,



tracking training effectiveness through performance metrics, and refining programs based on outcomes. The Skill Development Partner will also support new hire onboarding, contribute to learning content, and ensure that all development activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Leadership Development and Training skills to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate training and skill-building initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to assess capability needs and recommend tailored development solutions for teams and individuals.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills and understanding of insurance or financial services sales processes to ensure practical, business-aligned training.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, HR, Education, or related fields; a background in learning and development or sales enablement is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to work on-site with branch teams, manage multiple priorities, and use data to measure and improve training outcomes.
- Experience in life insurance or financial services, and familiarity with local market dynamics in Daltonganj or similar regions, is beneficial.
