Must-Haves:

5+ years hands-on GIS Development

5+ years Technical Project / Delivery Management

Strong Telecom GIS / Network Spatial Systems / BSS-OSS experience

Hands-on Jira — Epics, Stories, Backlogs, Sprints, Boards & Dashboards

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for cloud migration / modernization

Strong Agile/Scrum + SDLC knowledge

Project planning, milestone & dependency tracking

Risk, issue & stakeholder management

Experience validating technical GIS deliverables

Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

Customer-facing & global stakeholder management experience

Perfect fit: Someone who can speak both GIS + Project Delivery — technically hands-on but also comfortable owning delivery.
