US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and visa status.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates technical skills, communication, experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations when required.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Leads to fulfill urgent client requirements.

Required Skills





- 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.
- Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of US work authorization/visa types such as USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and US job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant US IT Recruitment experience can be considered in place of educational requirements.
