Balance Nutrition is launching its first reversal and prevention clinic in Bangalore within an integrated ecosystem within a hospital OPD setup, connecting all the metabolic and hormonal specialties to a central point. This is a unique integration of medical care with diet and lifestyle assessment and continuous tracking to offer a comprehensive reversal and prevention program to patients

Role Description:

You will be managing the set work schedule at the clinic

Collaborating and coordinating with doctors and OPD staff

Working with the team on marketing promotion ideas and executing the same

Educating and counseling patients using the toolkit for counseling work through a dashboard designed exclusively for this, and ensuring every patient has a outstanding experience through the assessment, counseling, and consultation process.

Hire and train team as needed

Your KRA is to play a central role in ironing out workflow issues, converting patient visits to consultations and then to programs using the set system,



and contribute ideas to improve the workflow systems and processes

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Very solid experience in consulting sales and lead conversions
- Experience in Sales, including commercial planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with teams.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in health, wellness, or digital consumer businesses is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- . Proficiency in languages like Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu, along with English
