Overview-
Lead fund accounting operations for private debt funds, ensuring accurate NAVs, investor reporting, capital activity processing, financial statement preparation, and audit support while managing a team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities-
Fund Accounting
- Review P and L, and approve NAV and fee calculations
- Review loan accruals, interest income, fee income and realized/unrealized
- gains.
- Oversee fund-level accounting and period-end close.
- Review complex journal entries and reconciliations.
Investor Reporting
- Review capital calls and distribution calculations.
- Prepare LP statements and carried interest calculations
- Review waterfall calculations.
- Calculate IRR, MOIC and other key investor reporting ratios.
