Location: Spruce Up Industries Pvt. Ltd., Pisoli, Pune (Deputation assignments-PAN India)

Employment: Full-time, in-person

Experience: 1–3 years

Compensation: 30,000–50,000 per month, based on portfolio and experience

About Spruce Up Industries

Spruce Up builds industrial cleaning machinery for Indian roads, including the Jatayu Super and Stratus 330.

We are launching Spruce Up Studio, an in-house production capability for creating high-quality product films, training videos, service content, corporate films, advertisements and internal learning material.

Our goal is to produce multiple videos every month with robust storytelling, excellent production value and a consistent visual identity.

Role

As our Videographer – Product & Brand Content, you will plan, coordinate and capture footage for machine demonstrations, manufacturing stories, customer sites, interviews and brand initiatives. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with editors, technical teams, Production, Sales, HR and freelance specialists.

This is a full-time role based in Pune, Maharashtra, with pan-India travel for shoots. You will have opportunities to work with multiple freelance experts, learn new production techniques and recommend suitable advanced equipment for rental, subject to project approval. Your footage will support YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, campaigns and sales communication.

You will take responsibility for agreed deliverables: coordinate people and equipment, raise concerns early, escalate decisions when needed and follow through to completion.

We are seeking 1–3 years of relevant experience, with candidates up to a maximum of 4 years considered. Full-time salary and employee benefits are offered; detailed terms will be confirmed during hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Create practical shot lists covering wide, medium, close-up, detail, movement, interview and supporting B-roll needs.
- Capture machines in real operating environments, including mechanisms, controls, operator interactions and credible demonstrations.
- Plan horizontal and vertical coverage for long-form, social and sales formats.
- Set up camera, lenses, lighting, sound and stabilisation; check focus, exposure and audio on location.
- Film customer, employee and leadership interviews and capture supporting footage.
- Organise raw footage, metadata and verified backups, and provide clear editor handovers.
- Identify library gaps and coordinate shoots with Marketing and relevant site teams.
- Coordinate freelance experts, internal teams, shoot access and approved equipment rentals so production plans translate into completed deliverables.
- Raise risks early with their impact, practical alternatives and decisions needed; follow up and close agreed actions.
- Travel across India for shooting and recording product and brand content,

and develop your skills through specialist collaboration and new equipment.
- Understand the audience and product objective with Marketing and technical stakeholders before each shoot.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant hands-on videography experience; maximum 4 years. Verifiable freelance/project work is relevant. We value curiosity, learning and increasing ownership without applying an age criterion.

Essential: reliable camera operation, framing, composition, lighting and sound; meaningful shot planning and independent capture; horizontal/vertical shooting; careful files; technical curiosity; responsible coordination and delivery ownership; comfort in outdoor/manufacturing/site settings and willingness to travel across India.

Submit a portfolio/showreel stating exactly what you personally planned and shot. Include movement/product footage and interview work where available, plus a brief example of coordinating a shoot and resolving a delivery risk. Equivalent camera systems and relevant adjacent backgrounds are welcome.

Preferred: industrial, automotive, engineering or product demonstrations; documentary/interviews; YouTube/social formats; basic editing; drone experience. These advantages are not mandatory.

Apply through LinkedIn with your CV and portfolio/showreel.

Please identify what you personally shot in each project. Include a product or movement sequence and an interview example where available. For team projects, explain your contribution clearly.

You will have the opportunity to build a reusable visual library and show the technology—and people—behind Spruce Up's machines.
