Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - .NET / C# with strong hands-on development, software architecture, and technical leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing scalable applications using modern .NET technologies, leading technical implementation, mentoring developers, and owning solutions from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

- Define and document high-level software architecture based on business requirements.
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Own solution architecture from design through deployment.
- Apply best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD and deployment architecture.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding and architectural standards.
- Mentor and guide developers.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks.




- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.

Hands-on Development

- Develop applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Design and implement REST APIs and Microservices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Work with Angular or React where required.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
- Work with Entity Framework and other ORM technologies.
