Revenue Optics is building a commercial growth company for B2B distributors, industrial manufacturers and private equity-backed businesses. We're looking for a designer who wants to help shape how our expertise looks, feels and reaches the market.

You'll have meaningful creative ownership, direct access to marketing leadership and the opportunity to build a portfolio of executive presentations, research publications and campaigns.

Our audience includes CEOs, CFOs, commercial leaders and private equity operating partners at companies with $200 million to more than $10 billion in annual revenue.

These businesses operate through branches, field sellers, inside sales teams and distributor channels. Your designs will help leaders understand where customers are being overlooked, how margin can improve and how commercial teams can work more effectively.

What you'll create

Executive presentations

- Turn briefs, research and commercial frameworks into compelling visual stories.
- Design proposals and sales presentations with strong hierarchy and clear narrative flow.
- Build editable PowerPoint slides, charts and diagrams that the team can use confidently.

White papers and publications

- Design premium covers, section dividers and page layouts.
- Make research, case studies, charts and tables easy to read.
- Choose imagery that connects to the topic and strengthens the story.





Marketing and campaign assets

- Create LinkedIn carousels, infographics, social graphics and webinar assets.
- Design email visuals and website graphics that support campaign goals.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Associate and Video Editor to bring campaigns to life.

Reusable design systems

- Build slide masters, document templates and a shared asset library.
- Use AI and stock imagery thoughtfully while checking accuracy and usage rights.
- Deliver organized source files and polished exports.
- Apply feedback quickly and check every detail before delivery.

What makes you a strong fit

You can read a business idea and see how to explain it visually.

A customer coverage model might become a clear diagram showing how field sellers, inside sales and customer service work together. A pricing opportunity might become a chart that makes the gross profit impact immediately understandable.

You bring:

- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio of presentations, publications or B2B marketing materials.
- Excellent typography, layout, composition and information design.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including slide masters and editable charts and diagrams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus InDesign or an equivalent professional document layout tool.
- Practical experience using AI tools in your design workflow.
- Clear English communication and the ability to explain your design choices.
- Reliable delivery, attention to detail and organized working files.

Bonus points: Experience with consulting, financial services, SaaS or industrial audiences; Figma; accessible document design; or light motion graphics.
