Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for the agency. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls and client meetings, and presenting tailored service offerings across digital marketing, creative, and technology solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts post-onboarding, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine outreach strategies and support overall business growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills,



with the ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Business acumen and understanding of digital marketing, creative services, and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in account management, client servicing, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet targets within deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
