Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Noida. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning content calendars, publishing posts, and monitoring performance. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The individual will track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives. The position also includes community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Media Planning for social channels, including audience targeting, campaign structuring,



and budget utilization.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, draw insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights, LinkedIn analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of visual storytelling and collaboration with design and content teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or social media role is preferred but not mandatory.
