Job Description
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the NBFC segment, with a particular focus on gold loan institutions.
- Build and maintain a structured target account universe covering national, regional, and emerging lending institutions.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure and deployment.
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers across operations, credit, procurement, and leadership functions.
- Lead consultative sales discussions and position solutions against operational, commercial, and compliance challenges.




- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive successful commercial outcomes.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support renewals, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor market developments, customer trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to drive commercial effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience selling into NBFCs, MFIs, financial institutions, or regulated lending businesses.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and building sales pipelines from scratch.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
- Experience managing long-cycle, complex B2B sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
