To perform the job successfully, the candidate should have a basic understanding of Tax and accounting concepts and excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines and good communications is critical. Basic or Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Internet navigation and research is preferred. Knowledge on PropertyPoint application is a plus but not mandatory.Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assessment and Tax bill processing
• Handling internal escalations that require online research and reassignments to US
• Working on weekly reports and special projects with minimum supervision
• Completes tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed




• Take necessary steps to avoid errors and ensure Quality of work is delivered to US office
• To ensure adherence to Service Line Agreement always
• To attend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights, and recommendations towards process improvements, which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency
• To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Team Leader/Assistant Manager
• Develop an understanding of Ryan service offerings
• Tracking the updates in SOPs/Job Aid for internal and external reference
• Assist Team Lead/Assistant Manager in preparing Project status/Dashboard reports etc.

Education and Experience:
• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Business
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
