About the role

The Learning Experience Designer at Kinaxis is responsible for the visual quality, usability, and accessibility of Training and Enablement content. This role focuses on how content is experienced by users, ensuring it is visually clear, intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with Kinaxis brand and experience standards.

This role partners closely with curriculum developers, infrastructure specialists, operations, and subject matter experts to elevate the structure, presentation, and overall learning experience, ensuring consistency and quality across how training content is designe
