Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
BE / B Tech – Civil / Diploma - Civil
EXPERIENCE:
• 8 - 12 Years in large scale and premium residential townships, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Mixed Use Developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
• Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
• Preparation of BOQs.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
• Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
• Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
KEY SKILLS:
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Valuable communication skills.
