Responsibilities




• Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based clients on payroll operations, compliance, controls, and process improvement.
• Lead discovery and solution discussions to understand client needs, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, HR leaders, finance teams, controllers, and operational stakeholders.
• Explain complex payroll, tax, and compliance issues in clear business language.
• Support payroll assessments, payroll transformations, payroll technology initiatives, payroll transitions, and operational improvement projects.
• Identify risks, compliance concerns, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with client HR and Benefits teams, HR/Payroll technology, and accounting teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
