Job Description
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for organised jewellery retail chains and independent jewellery outlets.
- Build a comprehensive target account list covering national, regional, and emerging jewellery brands.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure and deployment.
- Drive new business acquisition while consistently delivering revenue and growth targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with business owners, procurement heads, operations leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively.




- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive adoption across store networks and identify opportunities for multi-location deployments.
- Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business through expansion, upgrades, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and customer success.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the jewellery retail industry.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or key account management.
- Proven experience selling solutions to jewellery retailers, organised jewellery chains, retail networks, or allied industries.
- Robust track record of building business opportunities and sales pipelines from scratch.
