Roles and Responsibilities
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Human Resources for EMEA and Americas O&O; clearance lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, Legal, Information Security,



Business Continuity, and Migrations.
• Support Risk Clearance processes (e.g., Outsourcing Management, Third-Party Risk Management).
• Assist with Compliance Clearance processes (e.g., Cross-Border Data Management, Data Privacy).
• Document and coordinate regulatory communications as required by jurisdiction.
• Collect, validate, and organize clearance documentation ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Maintain centralized repository with proper categorization, version control, and access control.
• Develop and enhance standardized templates, tools, and trackers to improve documentation quality and reduce redundancies.
• Monitor progress of clearance requests and escalate delays or potential risks to appropriate parties.
• Leverage historical clearance data to proactively improve future clearance timelines.
• Implement process improvements and identify opportunities for automation.
