Trek has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Global Shared Services team. This person is responsible for performing the day-to-day AP operations. Attention to detail in a quick-paced environment is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities
· 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable processing/cash application/accounting experience.
· Process and validate vendor invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices.
· Perform two/three-way matching in tool for purchase order-based invoices.
· Ensure accurate invoice coding and allocation for business approval workflows.
· Prepare and support vendor payment runs.
· Manage new vendor creation and maintenance.
· Review and reconcile supplier statements with company records.
· Monitor and manage AP helpdesk mailboxes and invoice workflow queues.
· Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions and supplier inquiries.
