Job Description

Executive & Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior leadership and executive mandates across business units and corporate functions.
- Drive recruitment for CXO, CXO-1, and critical succession roles across the organization.
- Partner closely with Promoters, CHRO, CEO, and business leaders to define leadership talent requirements and hiring strategies.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises to identify and engage top leadership talent across industries.
- Build proactive pipelines for critical and future leadership requirements.





Strategic Talent Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on external talent trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Partner on workforce planning initiatives, leadership succession discussions, and organizational capability building.

Executive Search Excellence
- Establish rigorous executive search methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Design structured assessment processes for leadership talent, focusing on capability, culture fit, and long-term potential.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with senior industry talent, external search firms, and leadership networks.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the executive hiring lifecycle.
