WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support Workday solution architecture across global HCM processes, ensuring configuration, business processes, reporting, and data flows are scalable, maintainable, secure,



and fit for global use.
• Bring clear solution options and recommendations to major Workday design discussions, including tradeoffs, dependencies, risks, control considerations, and implementation paths.
• Support end-to-end delivery of prioritized Workday, AI, and automation use cases, including discovery, process design, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of AI and automation opportunities across the employee lifecycle using clear value, feasibility, risk, readiness, privacy, and control criteria.
• Maintain high standards for Workday data accuracy through scheduled audits, documented remediation, root-cause fixes, and clear ownership of recurring data defects.
