Consultant, Digitization Program

Role Summary

The Consultant within the Digitization Program will support the design, delivery, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of document digitization and automation solutions.
The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, Product,



and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective digitization solutions, support testing and implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into production.
The individual will develop robust functional knowledge of business processes while contributing to the adoption of intelligent document processing, automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Digitization & Solution Delivery
• Partner with business teams to understand document-intensive processes and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into document classification, data extraction, validation, and business-rule requirements.
• Support configuration and enhancement of digitization solutions based on business needs.
• Work closely with Technology and other partners to invest
