The TA Operations team's mission is to provide seamless delivery support, champion absolute compliance, and manage core systems and mobility frameworks with financial and operational integrity—empowering GOC Talent Acquisition to attract, onboard, and transition the best talent.

Position Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end regional execution of day-to-day transactional tasks and standard workflows within your assigned region.
• Manage responsibilities under the Delivery Support space within your assigned region. This includes backend offer management, offer letter generation (internal and external), candidate compensation collection, and Docusign management.
• Drive pre-onboarding activities, including onboarding triggers, background checks, candidate document management, and Day 1 coordination.




• Execute core systems management tasks, including GUTS queue monitoring and Workday transactional tasks like offer recommendations and internal movement requests.
• Collaborate with the partner RPO team to execute day-to-day tasks effectively.
• Create personalized development plans to assist with well-being.
• Ensure absolute compliance through pre-employment vetting and participation in internal pre-hire audits.

Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end day-to-day transactional tasks and standard workflows.
• Exposure to executing and coordinating backend offer management and pre-onboarding processes.

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with partner RPO teams.
• Experience managing core HR systems, particularly Workday transactional ta
