Your Team's Impact

The Senior Associate, Order to Cash is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, payment application, collections, and account maintenance. This role serves as a key finance contact for customers and internal stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, Tax, and Collections teams to support revenue operations and deliver a positive customer experience.





What You'll Be Do

• Manage customer accounts throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder inquiries related to billing, payments, and account maintenance.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts.
• Own and manage the Breach & Termination (B&T;) process, including account reviews, payment follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reporting and churn analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer and financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
