Job Description
- Partner with business and plant leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, and manpower productivity initiatives.
- Drive recruitment and workforce pipeline development across leadership, technical, and shop-floor roles.
- Build and institutionalize a robust performance management and accountability framework.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive capability-building initiatives, competency frameworks, and shop-floor multi-skilling programs.
- Manage industrial relations, employee relations, grievance management, and workforce governance.




- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, factory regulations, and contractor governance.

- 13-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or precision engineering organizations.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and labor law compliance.
- Experience managing multi-plant or multi-business HR environments.
- Proven capability in manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational design.
- Strong exposure to talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Experience partnering directly with senior business and operations leaders.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics, including blue-collar and contract labor management.
