Job Description
- International Market Strategy : Develop and execute strategies for international patient lead generation and enhance brand presence internationally.
- International Partnerships & Network Development : Build and nurture strategic partnerships with international healthcare networks.
- Patient Experience Management : Coordinate with patient experience teams to ensure seamless onboarding, travel assistance, and in-hospital care for international patients.
- People & Cross-Functional Leadership : Build, train, and lead a team of international outreach managers and maintain strong working relationships with internal executives and external stakeholders.
- Capability Building & Talent Development : Lead, manage, and build high-performing teams through targeted hiring, upskilling, retention and performance management.
- Global Brand Advocacy: Promote the hospital group's reputation as a preferred destination for international patients through targeted global marketing initiatives and testimonials.




- Cultural Sensitivity & Localization: Ensure marketing and patient engagement strategies are culturally sensitive and localized to resonate with diverse international patient demographics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 17+ years of proven experience in international healthcare business development and patient acquisition.
- Strong network across referral partners, facilitators, government bodies, and international stakeholders.
- Track record of driving international revenue growth and opening recent markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in partnerships, channel management, and market expansion.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build scalable international business programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
